At Search4Expert, we strive to ensure satisfaction with every session booked through our platform. If you are not satisfied with the service provided by an expert, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the session date.
• Refunds are only applicable if the session did not take place or if the expert failed to deliver the agreed-upon service.
• All refund requests are subject to review by the Search4Expert support team.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
